Terms and Conditions 



Every appointment requires a £20.00 deposit to secure your allocation. This can be paid via Bank Transfer. If you need to cancel or rearrange please give at least 72hrs notice of the job commencing or deposit will be non refundable. Minimum cost of £40 applies to all jobs.



Please remove all smaller items of furniture and belongings from the room prior to our arrival. It would be an advantage to us if you remove sofas/chairs, if not please let us know if these are to be cleaned under when we arrive. We can help move these items to one side but can’t be held responsible for any damage. We do not under any circumstances move valuable items or heavy bulky items like beds, wardrobes or TV Units.



Please can we ask if you could give all the required rooms or upholstery a hoover before we arrive. As part of our work we are fully trained to complete our job using our twin vacuum hoover to ensure of the best job possible.


Stain Removal

We will always go above and beyond to remove any stains/markings on your carpet or furniture. Unfortunately some stains are not possible to remove completely so we never give 100% guarantee on any stain removal. If stains are not of a noticeable change we will not charge for the stain removal service.


Drying Times

As part of our cleaning process we use our market leading twin vacuum hoovers to extract all cleaning products from carpets and fibres. Different materials vary in drying times so we advise giving adequate drying time before moving any furniture back to it’s permanent place. This can be helped by opening windows to allow air circulation.



We accept Cash or Bank Transfer for the remaining balance on completion. All deposits must be made before your allocation is secured. Any remaining balance must be made immediately on completion of your job. Minimum job cost of £40 applies to all work carried out. 



If there is any aspect of the work carried out that you are not happy with, please contact us within 48hrs of your completed job. We will always look to correct any faults or complaints within 48hrs of contact.
